Refund Policy

At Avaia Creations, every charcuterie board, grazing table, and appetizer is handcrafted fresh to order using premium, perishable ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order due to an error made by Avaia Creations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing creations.avaia@gmail.com and include photos of the product. We eill review each situation individually and work toward a fair solution.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled at least 72 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery may qualify for a store credit at our discretion.

Custom orders, grazing tables, and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit and non-trans deposit.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon pickup or delivery. Once the order has been accepted, Avaia Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, storage, or handling.

Allergies

While we take great care during preparation, our products are made in an environment where common allergens may be present. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.
